The composition of the Jury shall be made public before the beginning of the Competition. The Jury Regulations shall be determined during the first session of the Jury, before the beginning of competition auditions.

The score awarded by the Jury may be published after each stage of the Competition. The results of the Competition are the average of the second and third stage of auditions. The decisions of the Jury are irrevocable and unappealable. The Competition Organiser, as a taxpayer, shall pay the flat-rate tax to the relevant tax office on behalf of the laureates. The Jury shall have the right to change the number and arrangement of the main prizes and distinctions, with the reservation that the amount of particular main prizes and distinctions cannot be either lower or higher than stated in the Regulations. The Jury shall have the right not to award particular main prizes or distinctions. Additional awards may be awarded regardless of the above-mentioned prizes.
